PART 2: THE UNIVERSAL ORDER OF OPERATIONS To experience the full narrative depth and technical intent of the program, every training session must be executed using the following strict Order of Operations: 1. The Scriptural Seal & Written Story Before a single piece of iron is lifted, you must sit with the text. Read the daily chronological narrative at the top of your training page. Visualize the environment: the weight of the timber, the precision of the Roman vanguard, the suffocating atmosphere, and the final explosive tear of the temple veil. Anchor your mindset in the heavy reality of the sacrifice. 2. The Movement Mechanics (Written Explanation) Study the technical protocols for the day. This universal program demands clinical accuracy. Review the deliberate tempos, loading patterns, and positional cues to ensure your form aligns perfectly with the daily coach archetype. 3. The Physical Execution (The Workout) Step onto the floor and execute. Translate the mental weight of the story into physical output.
